The important thing is that you pay attention to a few hints to avoid unnecessary delays in processing a return. Returns can be made for a variety of reasons, including:

   - 14-day right of withdrawal
   - Goods ordered incorrectly / too small / too big / does not fit (exchange)
   - Goods have transport damage
   - Goods inoperative / broken (warranty case)
   - Goods delivered incorrectly / incorrectly ordered (eg wrong spare part)
   - Goods not ordered (misuse of a third party)

Return / Check list

» 1.) Register returns via the form below!
» 2.) Completely fill out the the return form and separate the upper section!
» 3.) Attach the section from outside to the package.
» 4.) Include the article, if possible in original packaging, with the package!
» 5.) Enclose the return form filled out and signed with the package!
» 6.) Enclose a copy of the original invoice with the package!
» 7.) Return the package sufficiently franked to us!
